virtual face to face was very easy , i used the star format. everything was virtual. I accepted my Offer after 1 week. left for training about 3 weeks later.

It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
