I applied through a people/culture manager and the total process took about two months. The overall experience was good. I started by a phone call of the people/culture manager followed by talking to CTO. Then talking with four more engineers: engineering director, senior software engineer, and two principle software engineers. All were polite and helpful. At the end, I was rejected because they are used to develop in Java and I am a fan of Python, based one people/culture manager comment.
