Brief phone interview, online task then face to face interview. Helpful member of the recruitment team to help with the process. Both the task and interview were quite challenging in comparison to roles of a similar nature. Overall the process took about a month.

The interview process went smoothly and the candidate was able to communicate their experience and background clearly. During the session, the candidate demonstrated good understanding of the role requirements and was able to explain previous responsibilities, projects, and working methods in a structured manner.

It commenced with a screening round, followed by a HR, panel rounds with manager. Competency based interview questions with head off, manager. Presentation interview round. Gap of a week or two between rounds, then offer details.
