4 stages. 1st with internal recruiter to go through basics of the job role, a bit about the company and explain the process. 2nd with hiring manager and one other to go through the role in detail and explain experience and why you'd be a good fit. 3rd with the hiring manager and two others to deliver a presentation and answer further questions around the topic. 4th with two others from the team as a culture fit test.
