Entretien
1- Interview with a recruiter. The one I met with was professional and capable.
2 - Given four hours to work on a presentation that nobody will ever mention to you again. Not a peep.
3 - Meeting with the Senior Executive who is very high energy and happy, and who will not mention the 4-hours of were told to do to prepare for the interview. Not one word relating to what they assigned.

Question 1
You have four hours to write a presentation on Skillz, effectively doing our work for us. Probably don't mention the dire financial situation the company is in as it's harder to recruit people if they no how bad off we are.
