I went through two stages - the initial screening interview, and a take home technical test. There’s an additional stage after a successful take home, but I didn’t progress that far.
The process was well run, everyone I spoke to was very informative and friendly, and Sketch were clear about time lines.
I received specific technical feedback on the take-home test within days of submission.

Few emails exchanged, no interview. Company does not respect candidates' time. 4 stages for recruitment process, not paid, coding challenge. Mediocre salary range for offered duties. Recruiter with negative attitude.

Entretien
Had an initial call with internal recruiter. Really nice conversation asked a few questions based around my reasons for leaving current employment along with some cultural and very basic technical questions.
Received a coding challenge, which was not too painful. I sent back challenge over the Christmas period, so was not expecting an immediate response.
After a couple of chase up emails, I finally got a response stating that I had not gotten through to next round. I asked for feedback and got nothing...
Not great in my opinion, considering there was the suggestion I could ask for feedback and when I posed the question I got nothing.
