After 2 days of resume review, I was given 1 week to finish Skeleton Crew's programming test. The test involved solving specific problems in a Unity project. The test took me around 10 hours to complete. After a few days, I was given a very detailed review of my test (great feedback!) and was invited to a video interview. On the other side of the interview there were 3 or 4 people from the company with each asking their own set of questions. A few days after the interview I got an email saying, that they cannot offer me a position at this moment. No extra feedback. After the failed interview, Skeleton Crew recommended me to another company in Japan. One of Skeleton Crew employees later served as the translator for the interview with that company.
