J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Skanska (New York, NY) en juin 2018
Entretien
It was the most awkward interview in my 17 years of professional career. I was interviewed by one man, I am a woman. The first thing that came out of his mouth was "do you have any children", I responded how is that relevant to this position? He said, because we expect women to work as hard as men and women think they can just pop kids, work less hours, or work from home, if you think like that you are in the wrong place. My jaw dropped. I think I blushed. I was on shock for few seconds. I was not expecting that question ever. So I responded that "I am a hard worker and I think the women you are describing have previous arrangements with their managers" He did not mentioned anything about the project that I was interviewing for. Maybe the project managers are not trained to conduct proper interviews, or not trained at all.

On-site with the Project team, your potential manager and VP. Basically to get info on your experience to make sure you actually know what to do and familiar with the work you will be doing.

Good process. Easy interview. Very helpful HR and other people within the company. Greay stock options. Better than standard industry average. Recommend more amd more people to apply for jobs here.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Skanska (New York, NY)

3 interviews - HR, Managing Director, VP with Directors. Will ask candidate to tell about themselves and pepper in questions from there. Make sure to come prepared to ask a lot of questions as they have the candidate do a lot of the talking. In person interviews strongly recommended.
