Required an Excel energy analysis test before interview. Asked about interpretation of energy analysis and energy savings strategies. Never got back to interviewee about decision after 2 interviews and ignored follow up emails. Showed lack of management skills.

Was given an excel workbook with several questions and data to evaluate. Discussed it after with the hiring manager. After interview, I followed up with team, but never heard back from them and was ghosted.

What did data in workbook mean, what trends could I see, what building systems were probably in play with the energy & demand trends happening.

Entretien
The interview process began with a phone call that went over the job description and questions about my previous work experiences. Afterwards, I was given two excel problems to complete. After successful completion of those problems, I had another phone interview with upper management. The final interview was in-person with a coworker and my direct supervisor.

It has been a while since that interview, but I do remember talking a lot about utility rate structures, strategies for changing building occupant behaviors and being able to speak to stakeholders with varying understanding of energy management.
