More casual interview on knowing your experiences. There was 3 rounds with the manager and upper management that clarifies about how the work is like and environment is like.
Overall was more like a chat with knowing about the scope and team while sharing about current role and how it fits in.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sitecore
Entretien
Typical first few interviews, then an indepth one that lasts 2 hours.
Very awkward, as they never describe the company or role in too much details but the things they want to know about you...
I felt like it was the most personal intrusive questioning I've experienced. Really the whole process left me thinking I would not want to work with them even if they did offer me a role. Just really weird vibes.
