3 rounds of interviews - all video. Position was temp to hire, I did make all the interviewers fully aware that I could not do temp to hire with my current work situation. The first two interviewers were very nice and the interviews went very well, both did acknowledge that I would not do temp to full time, and despite the interviewers being fully aware of this, I got sent to the next round of interviews and had notice of this within a few hours of the interviews. The last interview wasn’t difficult but I could tell the interviewer was not onboard with me not starting as temporary. The interviewer did ask if I was open to “working weekends” or “other hours” as an alternative and I did say I was open to that idea, but ultimately I did need to have a healthy work-life balance. I was asked for references shortly after the 3rd interview but was ghosted in the end. Very frustrating as it did seem as I was going to get an offer. I do understand there is high volume with applicants right now, but after 3 rounds of interviews and both of my references being interviewed - it was very unprofessional of SiteRx to not have any follow up of any kind.
