Phone interview. Then two "in-person" interviews each 1 hr over two days.
Phone interview: Bright, knowledgeable about the company. Asked standard background questions.
In-Person 1: Upbeat. Asked questions pertaining to my experience, and what I'm currently doing in my role. Went into detail more about the company and what they're looking for. Asked additional, more detailed questions about my experience. Seemed positive.
In-Person 2: Cheery. Interviewer went over their background and how they fit into their role. More in depth about them as a person than them as a piece of the company. Almost as though I would solely be working for them not with or for the company. Finally asked about my extensive background, but only seemed to zone in on an extremely entry level position I'd mentioned candidly at the end for comic relief, and not my actual experience that was relevant to the role. When I was able to discuss my relevant experience I was cut off, and spoken over several times. I initially chalked it up to a possible connection error (zoom).
I was informed by the end of the week that I would not be moved forward in the process.
