Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had five rounds of interviews, definitely was one of the final candidate that made it,however, it's been two months and there is radio silence for the recruiter and the hiring manager. What sucks is that I fell for the fish hunt, the whole point of this recruitment effort was to fish for ideas from candidates. A simple recruitment for a Manager position shouldn't take 3 months. Stay away from this company, clearly looking for cheap ways to fool candidates by posting fake jobs that aren't even approved internally.
