20 minute phone screen with HR representative followed by a 45 minute phone call with the "Service Director" who apparently manages the research team. The interview was an awkward checkbox style interrogation. It's hard to imagine the service director in a customer facing role. Really couldn't ever see myself working with someone as awkward as the interviewer, so I graciously said "thank you" and ended the call early. Sirius might want to invest in interview training for hiring managers.
