First of all they are not sure what they want in a candidate. They will share a JD made by an ex employee and will interview people on a totally different skill set. They will waste plenty of your time with 6 or 7 round of BS. Finally the feedback will be like you don't seems to be working here for atleast 3 years so you are not on a same page as we are. They want a hardcore devloper in Python, DBA, iOS developer and a Cloud Ops engineer for a support role who would work on their UI at the end.
