Standard interview process with a few rounds, including meeting the HR, a second round, and a round with all the candidates in the room. Questions were a mix of past experiences and hypothetical situations. Offer was in line with industry standards as a fresh grad.

3) Assessment Centre at Singtel
Possibly one of my worst experiences of any interview. One of the interviewers was dozing off during the Assessment Centre, while others were not helpful in answering questions. Hostile interview under the pretext of providing a "stressful" environment during the interview. Interviewers were looking for "set" answers and were not interested to entertain any ideas out of the box.
In comparison to other ACs, it felt unstructured, with a lack of instruction and confusing questions.
Assessment centre was held in a unique format, which felt more relaxed and comfortable. We sat in our groups and discussed the questions given to us and our examiners sat at a separate table evaluating us.
The final group interview is with senior management and a few other candidates. Questions felt more at the discretion of the interviewers, so it might be the same with everyone.

Question 1
Introduce yourself.
Our thoughts on working from home.
In a scenario where a subordinate does not want to attend a company event as they want to exercise their work from home day, how would you respond?
Initially Video interview, group interview, final interview. Final interview is very casual but I dont think they are hiring alot of people. Also it takes relatively long for them to get back if you did not get an offer.
