I had a first call with the recruiter, and it was a waste of time. I decided not to continue with the next steps and interviews because of the recruiter.
First of all, she was late, and when she joined, she didn’t even apologize or ask the most basic question of how I was. She started talking very fast and quite aggressively.
I rejected continuing the process because of this experience. Since the recruiter is the first point of contact, how are you expecting people to join the company when their first impression is already negative?
