The process started with a law school-organized early interview program with a partner of the firm. Additional rounds were held at the firm's offices. In these additional rounds, I met with both associates and partners of the firm. All members of the firm who I met with seemed like good people and the interview process was fair.
Second round interview involves asking very technical questions about M&A processes, governance rights and transaction documents. All questions were hypothetical technical questions - not really about your experience; it's about whether you are familiar with the field you are going into.

6 rounds of 30min, one after the other and final HR interview. Overall good questions, seniors are more difficult to get through but team was very nice and if you are well prepared you should be able to do well

The interview was fairly straightforward- also challenging however that is to be expected, It lasted for about an hour and included questions about my experience, ambitions, reasons for applying as well as some technical scenarios.
