Overall it was an informal and relaxing experience. I met with 3 people individually on different occassions from different levels of management. It was more of a discussion format with opportunities for asking questions throughout.

Recommended by an ex-colleague to this company. I submission my resume, HR reviewed my resume, and then I had a phone interview with HR and programs staff. I sent a follow-up thank you email and then reached out to my ex-colleague. I was declined due to "lack of interest" in the position.
