I usually don't write about my experiences interviewing with a company due to the fact if it's negative I feel bad and don't like that emotion. With that being said the interview I had last week with this company and the head sales associate was so bad I have to speak about it. I had a phone interview with was a breeze since I have been in sales for along time and easily dominated the conversion with the new recruiter and felt like she was extremely unquailfied to be an HR person at the company so that already gave me a sign that this company was in bad shape. But the worst was yet to come I went to the office for face to face interview and the place was cramped with people it looked like a sweat shop. I interviewed with the head salesman who you quessed it was best friend with the ceo (im sure thats how it got the job) he tried to speak fast and be impressive with half cocked questions like " sell me one netflix" which was a joke question at best I ran over every questions he threw at me (I have sold everything from home loans to workers comp. insurance) this guy may know about hmo and ppo insurance but he had no buisness to be in his position. Two days later I got an email from them saying I was truly talented but blah blah blah. Im sure whom ever is reading this may feel that Im writing this because I didn't get the job but the truth is I'm already making more than the $50k a year they were offering but I did want to test the water. To conclude I wish best for the company but if the sales team reflects the head sales guy I feel bad for the company.....don't wast your time with them.

two interviews. Multiple conversations with different teams within the company. One long call to meet everyone including the CEO. After the interview they reach out very promptly for any follow up
