It was a typical interview. Nick, the HR asked me some questions, and I answered. Then he asked me about my salary expectations. He was polite, and answered all of my questions.

Entretien
This was by far the worst candidate experience I have ever been through. The recruiter completely missed my first interview and had to reschedule. After going through the rescheduled interview with the recruiter and then going through two and a half hours of interviews with the rest of the team, the recruiter called me and heavily implied that an offer was being written. He then told me that as a final step he would be scheduling me with an interview with the CEO. After that interview the recruiter texted me and said that my "offer was being finalized."
Over a week later, I get an email from a different recruiter stating that they had decided to go in a different direction, but that I should keep them in mind for positions that I may be a "better fit for". I can completely respect a rejection, but what I will not tolerate is being mislead that I have an offer coming, only to have that reneged on. Do not waste your time interviewing with a company that will not respect yours.
