      I've read a lot of the really bad reviews and I would say my experience was actually just fine with the exception of my conversations with the CEO. The HR leader I talked with, Heather, was prompt, professional, and prepared. The phone screen was standard. The next step was a chat with the CEO. He wasn't prepared, didn't know who I was or my background, and didn't appear to have a strong understanding of what he was hiring for. He used questions from a standard entry-level consulting rubric that had no substance or relevance to the role. I thought about pulling out at that point but I figured it was just a busy/bad day and to give him a second chance. The final round of interviews were a panel of two engineers asking culture questions, the CTO asking sales questions, and the CEO eating lunch with no new questions. It was bad enough I had concerns it might be a scam. I think if you're an engineer, they seemed competent and genuine in liking their work and their peers. However, if you're working for/with the CEO, there are a lot of red flags. He seems to have control issues and clearly believed only he could solve the big problems his company is facing. It was just a colossal waste of time. If you're great at what you do, and you're not an engineer, I would look elsewhere and I wouldn't even waste your time with an interview. It's just not a serious company.
