The interview process was 4 zoom calls over a 2 week span. I spoke to a recruiter, who reached out on indeed, supervisor, QA and manager. The first 3 zoom calls went amazing. The final interview was supposed to be a 15 minute zoom call but ended up being about 40 minutes. The way the interview started took me off guard because of the environment of the interview. I felt like the interviewer was not focused on the interview, had too many outside distractions to actively focus and engage and didn’t make any notes. I feel like maybe it would have been a different outcome if the last interview followed the same pattern as the previous. I didn’t even get to ask any questions at the end of the interview because my interviewer didn’t seem prepared to ask.
