Thought it seemed like an ok place to work but that’s it! The final stage interview was incredibly pretentious for a call centre role. It was like they were trying to be creative with the competency based questions to be different rather than actually trying to get the know the person and see if they were right for the job. Most of the questions were centred around problems within a team and how I would sort them “like isn’t that your job?”other questions were how I would deal with not being able to get hold of managers “is that because you want to do as little work as possible”. It just seemed like it was for the team managers benefit to have the cushiest life possible and not be bothered when doing what they are doing from home.
