Submitted my application online and was contacted by Dan very quickly (I think the same day?) I had 5 interviews: HR phone screen, technical interview, manager interview, PM interview, and then director interview. None were extremely challenging and each person was a pleasure to speak with.

Entretien
It was a straightforward interview process with four interviews in total. One with the director of talent, a manager, a director, and a practice lead. The questions were mostly situational and describing previous experience with consulting and Salesforce. Everyone was great to talk to and left a strong impression that Simplus was the right place to be for me.

Interview process was pragmatic and direct. Be ready for your knowledge of the company and the role. Interview is online but still make sure to look professional in your appropriate environment of interview.
