Appalling process. Submitted application and then contacted for an interview. Interviewer didn’t call a5 the agreed time for the first stage interview, no advice or apology. I had to follow up to get another time. Finally Interviewed by phone and then more than 8 weeks went by before getting two rejections as if I had never been part of the process.
