A quick phone screen followed by 45 minute technical interview. Next step was a couple personality tests that took over an hour. ...And then nothing. A follow up by me a week later confirmed that I was no longer a candidate due to "everything's changing" however the same job is constantly reposted to appear as a new opening. Asking candidates to take hours from their day for an interview is a bit much but to not give the courtesy of a follow-up is disrespectful and indicative of culture.
