initially met with the HR department for initial screening. Subsequent interviews with direct hiring manager and then other managers within the department and some peer interview is required. The interview process was fairly easy. I felt like it was more personality-based than formal interview process that you'd normally experience from a larger company. It was a start up company with no formal interview process in place at that time.

very short and to the point with the interview nothing to big to worry about just show up with a good smile. and you can go on and on an will no need such thing just as long as you state your skills with a smile you get hired
