Fairly easy interview with some standard code challenge stuff. Nothing really that negative until the final round. Once I was there it was all about the “culture” stuff which was really a bunch of gotcha personality questions. Makes sense they went this route after seeing the horrible reviews and terrible history of this company. Finally after answering the questions as candidly as I could I was ghosted. Glad I dodged this bullet! If you’re interviewing I’d run.

I had a great experience interviewing. The whole process was very conversational, human centered and put me at ease. I spoke with the CTO and several team leads who asked me about previous work including technical aspects of my experience.
