      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Simple Online Healthcare en juin 2025

      Entretien

      I had three interviews in total. The first round was with the interim head of growth and the second with one of the founders. Both interviews went well, we went through my CV and both interviewers were very friendly. The third stage was a presentation to one of the founders and head of growth. This time the atmosphere felt a little more tense but still professional. I didn't pass this stage and that's okay. However, I didn't receive a single line of feedback on the presentation that took hours to prepare; their reason for not proceeding was that I hadn't managed a large enough team, a topic we had already covered in the previous two interviews going through my CV. I asked for feedback on the presentation and have been ignored. I find it disrespectful to ask a candidate to spend hours creating a deck, based on their years of experience, and not provide a single line of feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that feedback on your presentation did not reach you as expected. For roles managed through an external recruitment partner, all interview feedback is provided directly to the agency representing the candidate, with the expectation that it is relayed in full and promptly. In this case, feedback was shared via that route. That said, we appreciate how frustrating it can feel if that communication doesn’t land as intended.
