Phone interview then an interview with the head of product. Only a few questions were asked. Everyone was friendly but felt disorganised and like they didn't know what they were looking for.
Overall, it was a satisfactory process, and everyone I met throughout the process was friendly and professional.
I had an initial 20-minute phone interview with a Recruiter. After this, I was invited to an interview with the Head of Product. Both interviews were straightforward, provided that you prepare in advance.
I was then given a task. The task involved (1) analysing several website landing pages, (2) writing several short UX copies, and (3) providing an explanation for my decisions in the previous two steps. This part of the process was fairly disorganized (I was given several incorrect/faulty links and the Head of Product rewrote the task after I had begun, as they felt that it was unclear).
Finally, I had another interview with the Head of Design and the Head of Product. Again, the questions were relatively straightforward.
After this interview, I was informed that I had not been selected for the final stage.
