I was contacted via phone and had a brief phone interview about some of the basic aspects of the job. The Mall Manager then contacted some of my references, after which I was contacted by his assistant to make travel arrangements for the 1:1 interview which occurred 2 weeks later. I was then contacted about 2 weeks later to take a skills/personality test at my local Simon Mall.

Very straight forward with the Mall Manager, a very sharp lady who I related to very well. She informed me less than a week after I started work that she was leaving for another position.
