For me there was a group assement period before people were selected for private interviews with particular bar location managers. If you succeeded or caught the attention of a general manager during the interview process you would be offered a job pretty immediately.

I was called for an interview at one of the Simmons bars. Once I arrived, I saw another 10-15 people waiting for an interview, The process itself was quick with random selection and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
