What I liked about the interview was that there was no BS, The questions and the tasks made sense as to why they were being asked, not some create a new Encryption algorithm that is 1-way encryption and uses a 3-step verification process or whatever.
Home assignment - called "Sessionizing":
a program that is initialized with data that they provide (CSB files) and need to support 3 types of queries. I filed a program which I worked on for many hours. The guy who checked it said it wasn't good enough. I strongly disagree with him. The points he wrote were not a complete true but something to discuss, BUT he didn't let me the opportunity to explain myself, but instead he decided.

Entretien
The process was very quick, responsive and straight to the point.
2 days after i sent my cv through the company's website, I had a first short interview, a few days later I came to the first technical interview at the office, then 2nd tech interview and hr interview and then q vp interview, offer, references and sign. From my cv assignment till the offer it was less than 3 weeks.
All interviewers were nice and pro, asking about small details and left good impression

1. Describe a system that you worked on and the challenges you had there.
2. (Home assessment) Write code that receives inputs of browsing data and collect and save it in sessions. Serve the data in defined apis with simple filter and aggregation.
