After a brief chat with the talent/recruiter person I had a chat with the team lead I was supposed to join. They told me about what they do and asked about my experience. After that I got access to some platform where I had to solve a general ability test, general JS knowledge test and 2 coding challenges. The coding challenges were similar to the ones you can find on leetcode/codility. One of the tasks was relatively easy where the other one was pretty hard. You needed to practice a lot of those types of tasks to get them done in time. I only wrote some pseudocode for the 2nd one. Shortly after I had a panel interview with the team lead, a senior member of another team, an engineering manager and a co-founder. We just chatted, talked about my experience and how I look at tech. Last step was the offer with the eng/hiring manager and the talent person.
