The interview process had 2 stages. A first stage informal chat to get a feel for whether I'd be right for the role and the chance to ask questions and the second stage a more formal competency based interview at the Silver Spoon Office in Peterborough, The 1st stage interview went well and I got a call back the next day to say I was one of the best candidates they had ever met, and that I should provide my availability for the 2nd stage as soon as. It's since been 2 and a half months and I've not heard anything back since then. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
