Via zoom which was convenient. The manager was delightful and very straightforward with the expectations of the facility and program. We were both able to relate well and even found ourselves laughing while remaining professional. They really want to know how you handle stress, continually educate yourself and what is important for the therapeautic environment .

They conducted a phone interview, in person interview on site, and then an offer letter sent via the HR department. It was standard interview procedure in my opinion and I liked that I could tour the facility.
