Initial interview is done via telephone with Regional hiring manager. You will then be notified that they are interested and want you to meet with the local Regional Manager at the Tampa office. After the second interview if they wish to proceed with hiring you they will have you take several online assessments. Following this you will receive confirmation of your start date, documents sent for signature accepting the offer and etc.
