Phone screen and then 3 hour practical interview. Never heard back (got ghosted essentially) and then saw the job advert relisted so I'll assume it was a no. I'd have at least appreciated a rejection email, considering how much of my time I spent doing the practical interview- which was closer to an unpaid trial shift!
