They told me at the start of the process they would provide feedback in case no offer was given and that they'd communicate next steps. After the final interview, over a week went by with no word. I had to follow up and ask about the status of my application, and then they told me no offer would be given. I believe they would have completely ghosted me if I didn't continue to follow up. I had to go on and ask again for feedback, and the feedback given seemed disingenuous. The interviewer asked a shady, unethical, dubious question with potentially illegal implications— which I found unprofessional, shocking and repulsive. I would have rejected an offer based on this question I received. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
