I went for an interview here some time ago after being headhunted by an internal recruiter. The telephone interview stage was straight forward, however when I came to interview at the company I found one of the interviewees quite rude and dismissive. He proceeded to be on his mobile during the interview and disengaged, even leaving and reentering at a few points. He had no knowledge of my CV despite having it in his hand and proceeded to be condescending and sarcastic. In contrast the CEO was pleasant and engaging and there seemed to be transparency over the role and what was expected.
