Job fair type interview. Pre-screened with an outside recruiter. Then spoke with designated person for job type. There were a lot of people there because they were hiring for a plant expansion. There were two employees outside the building that asked how the interview went as I was leaving. I spoke with them about the company and they were very enthusiastic. They had volunteered their Saturday to help with the job fair. That speaks volumes about how this company treats people.
