Email reply to my submission on Craigslist, then phone interview with VP Sales, then invite to group live interview at an area hotel, where about a dozen candidates were introduced to the company president. Very nice guy, he shook everyone's hand, introduced himself and laid out the opportunity for the whole group; then gave us all a short questionnaire, and the CEO and president called candidates into a separate room for face-to-face interviews. We were thanked for our time and told they'd be in touch. For me, they waited about a week and offered me the commission-only role and half of the territory, which I accepted.
