First intro interview with the founder: introducing the company and self-introduction, career goal and simple behavioural questions. The second interview is with co-worker and hiring manager. Some technical questions about accounting, your experience, and behavioural questions.

Very quick first interview then just dropped off, they were very positive and said they wanted to move forward. Then they just ghosted me, I had to follow up with the for over a month to finally get a straight answer, they kept telling the recruiter that they liked me and it was just a scheduling conflict then nothing, then a rejection.

In the pre screening process I was told the role is expected to be "1-2 days onsite, but subject to change." Invited to interview loop with 45 min per person, 5 people total. 2.5 hours into interviewing, HR appears and tells me its not a match as I was unwilling to be onsite 4-5 days a week.
Used half a day to interview and was rejected for something that should have been brought up in the screening process. Alignment between team need and recruiting was off as well as not respecting candidate time, and for that I do not recommend interviewing here.
