Mostly an informal interview the manager went through the duties and expectations of the job. I was also asked if I was comfortable with this being more of a production job with light graphic design work. The manager also allowed for a tour of the facility. I was also asked about my work habits and abilities. After I was introduced to the team.

Entretien
This interview experience was the worst I have had. Debbie Pruett (owner) is the one who interviewed me. It started off ok, soon enough she started bad talking her previous workers saying they had a high error rate, and she even admitted to me that she "can't keep a designer for longer than 6 months"
