Methodical, concise & practically focussed with discernable effort into determine fit for the role and fit for the team you would be working with. Apart from a final on-site set of interviews, the process was largely conducted over video conference due to interviewers being state-side. Very different than what I was used too here in Northern Ireland but in a good way that afforded the opportunity to find out more about the company and if it was really somewhere I wanted to be.
