A 30-minute HR phone call followed by a 30-minute video call with 2 to 3 people within the department you are interested in. All departments work differently. I applied for two different internships and one took 4 weeks to get back to me about the position, while the other told me instantly within less than a week of the interview that I hadn't gotten that one either.
