Applied in June for the marketing intern position after being contacted by a recruiter. Had an interview set with HR two days later, in which she asked pretty basic questions about my CV. She was nice and said the next step would be me getting contacted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. A month passes with no communication whatsoever, so I emailed to follow up on my first interview. No one ever responded, and the next morning I got a rejection email. It seems as if they already hired for the position, but have been very poor in communicating that to people who applied a while ago.

Colloquio breve e scorrevole, mi sono state chieste domande comuni per posizioni di internship. Il processo di selezione prevedeva 3 step: hr interna, colloquio con tutor interno e infine con PM per excel. Ho svolto solo il primo step. Nota negativa: non si sono più fatti vivi per feedback (anche negativo), che trovo poco educato.
