I went through an HR screening with the usual questions. I was then asked to do a second interview with the hiring manager the next day as they wanted to be quick. After the interview I never heard back from them until a month and a half later when I got an automatic email stating the position had been filled. That I had guessed already, given their silence. But I would expect at least some feedback.
