The process began with a quick screening and moved forward at a good pace. I completed technical tests and had two interview rounds. The first round was with potential team members and was focused on technical knowledge. The second round was a technical deep dive with senior managers from different locations. Interviews were scheduled efficiently and lasted around 1h–1h30min each. However, after the final interview, communication stopped completely. Despite sending a polite follow-up email, I never received any feedback or update. This lack of response is very disappointing, especially after investing significant time and effort in the process.
